I know that this is not exactly an ID Vault issue / question, but its user ID related and something I've been trying off an on to understand for a couple of years. If you can give me any help with this, it would really be appreciated...

I use SECRefreshUserID and usually it works ok. However, in some cases, it returns 'error 792, user or server name not found in Domino Directory' even though the user is clearly in the ($Users) view of the Domino Directory.
Can you tell me why SECRefreshUserID would say that a user doesn't exist when it does?
